Radico Fashions (P) Ltd. (Radico) is into natural cosmetics like henna based
natural hair color creams, 100% natural hair color powders, etc., which are
being exported to many countries, over many years.
Ace facilitated a tie-up
between Radico and Indian retail giant, “Big Bazaar”,
by which, Radico’s unique products will be sold
through Big Bazaar’s retail outlets.
The scope was not restricted to just a tie-up. Ace
designed and implemented the entire process of launching and running the operation
for nearly an year, before handing over the operation to Radico,
including recruiting sales girls, organizing their uniforms, training and
motivation, monitoring of performance, etc. |
