Short
Term Loans (STLs) What are
STLs? Short
term loans are loans for a very short term (usually for six months) and
unsecured, to meet temporary mismatch in liquidity/ cash flows. Who is Eligible? Large Corporates, listed companies, etc., having a sizeable balance sheet and cash flows are eligible. Individuals, proprietary / partnership firms, small private limited companies, etc., are NOT eligible. What is the ideal size of the loan? We can support requirements with a minimum size of 50 Cr and above only. Desirable size will be Rs.100 Cr and above. What is the source of the loan? We work with a few large public sector banks. These banks look for deploying their short
term, excess liquidity with safe, large corporates, profitably. Repayment: This kind of short term loans are either repaid on maturity or
rolled over for further periods, by mutual agreement. End use Proceeds can only be utilized for genuine, short term, business purposes. Contact
